As our Front Desk Supervisor, you're not just the first face members see—you set the entire tone of the club. You're the energy, the organization, and the leadership that keeps our front-end operations running smoothly and profitably. From sales to service, you're the quarterback of the front desk team, owning the member experience while driving performance in retail, memberships, and personal training appointments
What You'll Do:
Leadership & Operations
• Lead by example—create a welcoming, energized, and polished front desk environment.
• Know members by name. Make them feel seen, heard, and valued.
• Train and hold Front Desk Associates accountable to club procedures and daily expectations.
• Monitor reports, sales goals, and retention metrics. Stay on top of expired cards, alerts, and account issues.
• Execute and coach retail sales, booking strategies, and performance goals.
• Create and run weekly front desk promotions tied to Dollar Per Check-in (DPC) goals.
• Maintain visual sales boards to motivate and track staff performance.
• Order and manage retail inventory and supply needs.
• Ensure the front desk runs efficiently and members receive quick, accurate assistance.
Operations & Upkeep
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly inventory checks and submit reports.
• Keep tanning beds cleaned and ready—absolutely no dirty equipment.
• Maintain laundry duties—ensure fresh towels are always stocked.
• Ensure all equipment issues are logged and communicated to the GM.
• Enforce daily cleaning checklists and accountability standards for all front desk staff. Communication & Coordination
• Communicate daily with your team on goals, expectations, and updates.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager on scheduling, memberships, and daily priorities.
• Ensure smooth hand-offs between shifts and consistent operational performance. Schedule:
• 40–50 hours per week • Shifts may vary based on club needs and events
Dress to Impress:
• Business professional: khaki or black pants, tucked-in collared shirt, or official staff polo provided

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent customer service skills are required
- Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally, non-verbally and in writing is required
- Understanding of basic accounting principles is required
- Understanding of basic cash processing procedures is required
- Functional computer skills are required
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include holidays and weekends
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time
